Salmon & Brine is a family owned and run Seafood | Sushi | Japanese Fusion Restaurant situated on the beautiful Vendôme Wine Farm in Southern Paarl. We are centrally located and offer a relaxing courtyard dining experience surrounded by nature with cosy fireplaces for those winter months too.

We serve a wide array of fresh seafood, sushi and Japanese dishes of the highest quality. Owner, Cameron Stewart, has been in the restaurant industry in Cape Town for over 20 years and has drawn on his wealth of knowledge and experience to create an extensive menu to excite and delight our customers. We cater to a wide variety of taste buds and offer vegan and vegetarian options too.

The restaurant is set on a working farm amongst vineyards, plum trees and peach trees with tranquil mountain views. We have a lovely outside play area for the little ones to enjoy.

We pride ourselves in offering a comfortable setting and friendly service and welcome you to come and enjoy our hospitality.

We offer sit down, takeaways, deliveries in and around Paarl and prepare Fresh Seafood and Cakes for retail.

We cater for functions.
